Haven' t been able to get back on track for a while. On the plus side- I've managed not to gain anything in these past 3 months. Except for this week -which is a product of my "binge" last night. Started anew today- taking day by day. Need to step up my exercise- these next 2 months will be tough for everyone. Need to remember to remain positive. Not to self bash myself. I've gone through too much to let this slip out of my control!!! Have a great week :))
201.5 lb Lost so far: 63.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
