Hi, there. I don't know what's wrong with me. I have normal blood pressure. I didn't eat sweeteners too much. just milk to help me sleep. not eat rice too much too, fried food etc. maybe I just don't exercise. I'm kind of lazy boom :P LOL I'm still finding the right exercise for me. have any suggestion? thanks..

First off: there's nothing wrong with you. It could just be that you need to start eating healthier and less in general? Start keeping your food diary here and maybe you can find a pattern there and adjust accordingly.
As to exercise: I love dancing, so I try to do a dance based class in combination with incline treadmill and alternate with strength building and incline treadmill. I think the most important thing is just to start somewhere!

Try a bunch of different exercise programs such as cross fit, yoga, zumba, walking, kettlebells, circuit training, and so forth. Or Do an activity that you always think about doing, but never actually do, such as: kayaking, canoeing, white water rafting, stand-up paddleboard, bowling, skating, rollerblading, waterboarding, bicycling. Even if its leisurely exercise it will get you started into doing more one step at a time. Exercise is essential to weight-loss no matter what weight.

good morning ,, welcome to FS ,, Tiny , nutrition is 75% of the battle. Don't stress over working out try and get your nutrition on track first and go from there .
