I've been bouncing back-and-forth between 205 and 200 pounds. Today back down to 199.6. I've been walking 2 to 3 times a week for the past three weeks. I'm now up to 4 miles of running and walking. Plant keep it up!
199.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
