So I started running one month ago and been doing really well. Feel stronger and am able to run longer but for some reason I seem to be putting on weight 😅 You might be thinking I'm eating too much because I started exercising so I thought I could eat more but unfortunately that is not the case... If it were it would be better at least I'd know why I was putting on weight. Did a leptin reset a couple of years back and that worked a treat so am thinking to do that again as it is the only thing that has really helped me lose weight successfully. But I know I have to keep it up this time so I don't put it all back on. Hope it works!

With all of that running and exercise, you may be gaining weight from muscle gain.
