I already know if I eat better/healthy food my weight will fall off quicker But when I think about all the bad junk food I'm eating & not working out as much I can't get get mad/upset All I can do is enjoy the moment as I age it will get hard LOL

188.0 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Change takes hard work and dedication. Make small changes every day - walk for 20 minutes, drink water, cut back on portions - you will get there.
