OK, new goal is to be at a steady 180 or LESS by Thanksgiving!! I CAN DO IT AND I WILL DO IT!!!! Been kinda just messing around since July 4th and really need to get with the program again. I joined a challenge here for 10 pounds by Thanksgiving and another challenge over at Atkins to get 1500 minutes of exercise in the month of October. So, there is all the motivation I should need to get up and get going!!
