Officially starting a new diet today called the Fast Metabolism Diet. I was on Quick Weight Loss which I was on back in 2011 and was very sucessful at it losing 30 lbs.in 6 months. I Gained 25 lbs. back this past year and decided to go on the diet again but it's going way to slow. The Fast Metabolism Diet is done in 3 phases...Mon.and Tues is Phase 1...Wed. and Thurs. is Phase 2 and Fri. Sat. and Sun. Phase 3.
