I have been working out consistently for over 3 years now. I haven't always eaten the best, but my body has been changing slowly but surely for a couple years now. I'm not sure, but if I had to guess all of my spin classes have made my legs much stronger and larger (muscle weighs more than fat). The physic has definitely improved over that period of time, but I'm tired of the 10 year plan.

I've been focused and committed to the best intake/diet. Down 8 pounds in about 2 months now. I'm super excited that my mental focus has zeroed in on a lean fit body. Look out 203, it's happened you just can't see it yet.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
