Weight Maintenance is going good. I'm so glad I found this way of eating. It is so good to feel in control of my weight. Still increasing carbs and still trying to find my threshold for carbs.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
