Went on holidays for 2 weeks and waited for my regular weigh in day. Managed to lose 5lbs and 3.5 inches from my body. Yahoo ME! Now have to keep working hard to get further🌟🌟🌟
195.0 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
