I have had no alcohol since Saturday, Aug 13th and don't plan to for several days. I plan to go to the gym tonight while my son is at soccer practice.
134.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
