Slowly getting back on track. First step, eating through my pantry (cupboard, fridge and freezer). Plan to eat primarily vegetarian at home.

Last week had one hit and one miss on the vegetarian front. Made a vegetarian casserole which should have been for 4 meals (Only one in my household) but I could only tolerate one meal. I questioned the preparation and I was right...mushy overcooked vegetables. Yuck!

Second vegetarian meal was Vegetarian Chili with Sweet Potato. First taste was okay but much better later after I added some Sriracha and a bit of sour cream. Ate that most of the week.

So off on a empty-the-pantry and switch-to-vegetarian adventure.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
