I've come to terms with the exercise journal on here. Have decided to enter everything as calisthenics - light. This should cover everything from playing with the dog to doing my Wii games.

And yes, I did a full hour last night!

Paula - I sense you understand my frustration. Thought it better to log inaccurately than to not log at all.

Well done Buffy!!! I think recording it prompts you to actually do it and also a good history to look back on when you are tearing your hair out because your weight loss stops.

Tracy - Good point. And with my memory I tear my hair out trying to remember what I did two days ago.

Buffy, I know if I don't log my food journal, and what exercise I've done, then I feel like I'm cheating. If I see I haven't done anything under "exercise", it's a motivator. Hope it works the same for you ! As far as remembering, sometimes I can't remember what I've done in the morning, when I'm sitting around at night :(

Good for you getting in a whole hour of this, that, and the other! You are exercising and it really helps to have a record of it. I have used the light calisthenics option to cover a myriad of activity not listed. I don't thing they could come up with a category to describe the peculiar unintentional ways I get get exercise. Have a good evening!
