I can actually say "reasonably well". The only real change is I dropped the 20 oz bottle of Dew in the AM. I allow myself a can (12oz) at lunch and one in the evening. Also trying to push more fruit - for the sweet tooth over other readily available options.
208.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week

You are not the first person I've seen on diet sites that mentions how hard it was to give up Mountain Dew. That stuff must be really addictive. Keep up the great progress! You don't want to be a slave to a soda.
