Very happy with the weight loss and it's despite not being able to attend exercise classes because of a sore back for the last few days.

It's 10 weeks until Christmas everyone and I'm sure we've all set goals for then. We can do it! Good luck!
145.5 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what you mean, but I'm only going home for 1 week so how much damage can I do in such a short time. The thought of all those Christmas goodies...
