So strange that weight loss is not just calories in and calories out. The last few days I have eaten closer to my stable weight number of calories but what seems to influence a gain has something to do with drinking flavored water with artificial sweetener and lack of sleep. Of course, when I decide to add exercise this will help too.

Our bodies are made up of a lot of water so many things can effect it and make the scale go up and down. Exercise can cause the muscles to temporarily retain water which can effect the scale. Google "why the scale lies" for insight. It's amazing how things can move the scale even when we do everything right.
