Back on the wagon as of October 7th. Looking to lose some fat and gain some muscle, I've gone to a low-carb real-food diet.
The pumpkin pie and candy corn at the banquet on Saturday called my name, but I ignored them. The 'free' bags of candy corn at the store were tempting, but I knew I'd feel sick after eating it.
It's been less than a week, but I'm feeling good physically, mentally and spiritually.
