9st 4 (3 off at WW) Glad WW levelled off last week's supposed gain, I'm sure her scales wobbling on the floor must be responsible for these wild swings cos they're not realistic gains/losses at target weight. I thought I'd been quite good this week even without the swimming, so I wished I'd had time to weigh in yesterday morning BEFORE we went to Herts Uni open day and ate 2 Dominos pizzas and a brewer's fayre dinner!! But I suppose a lot of the walking I've done has been to a buttered tea cake breakfast, or a cheesy spud lunch... hmm, I think I might be able to see the flaw in my fitness plans...!! ;-)
130.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
