Got back on the horse this week and really followed the diet. Plus worked on not eating too many calories either. I think that has been helping and the weigh is coming off! Since I am 60 pounds lighter I think the original calorie count is very high now.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
