Wasn't feeling very well today. Did breakfast and a snack and then another shake later on to have something with vitamins in me. My sugar dropped at work tonight and they gave me cheeseburger and coke to bring it up. Major carb mess up but these things happen and tomarrow is another day with no mistakes in it.
