So dropped the weight I gained over my short trip. still not down to what I was last Friday but I have 3 week till the end of my weight loss competition and I am still doing good.
255.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 75.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
