Didn't track hardly at all this week and did not exercise.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Its okay! just try and do it today! so that way you will still be able to track part of this week by tracking the stats of the weekend! But make sure you track it next Week for sure. No big deal! :]] Goodluck!
