went for my yearly checkup with doc yesterday, dreading getting on his scales, not knowing if my scales and his will show same weight.
But they did, phew. That was always one of my fears, that my scales might not be weighing correctly :)

Hope your check up was good. Nice that the scales match. I found out mine did within 1# last year on an early morning appt. and wore the same clothes that I weighed in at home.

I have one every workday morning in my smoothie and try to get in at least 3 fruits and 3 veggies everyday often more. I'm not low carb.
