Yo-yoing again. Crapy sleep schedule and lots of studying. Trying to work out a schedule that will accommodate school, sleep, working out, eating good and house chores...ugh!
246.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
