Week2Day4 Boom!
240.3 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.3 lb a week

Thanks a lot. getting 1900kCal a day in, lowish carbs and excercise started week two after a 1 week sleep and food reset. I've dragged this out long enough, now to just push through.
