Difficulty trying to manage while camping and others are cooking for you. this was a challenging long weekend, but now that monday is here, I think things will improve. ONWARD!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm glad you have the motivation to move forwards. If you feel as though you don't want to feel rude to those cooking for you, just eat smaller portions then you normally would (but not too small) and it can help for next time you're in this same situation. [:

Thanks for the Tip. ONe of my issues is the lack of understanding on what are Carbs in my own household. But I am educating as I cook.
