Much running around yesterday, so aside from dinner, food from earlier in the day was recorded after the fact. It's also food that has no recorded caloric values, at least non I've found. Otherwise the Tuesday list would include about 2/3 cup of a deli salad which had coleslaw, Roquefort cheese, & cranberries. Also around 5 jojo's (spicy baked potato wedges). My fitbit recorded 3,962 steps. I walked instead of reading while I waited the hour for the drugstore to fill my prescription.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
