Wow well the tiling and grouting are finito! TG That is another hard job off the list. Today I will continue working on the Door so that it can be rehung. and maybe some painting touch ups.

I also have a hair appointment. Speaking of hair... I am still experiencing hair loss. I am taking hair, nail, & skin formula vitamin supplements and still this is happening. I am seeing new growth, but seem to be losing faster than gaining. I have also been using Nioxin which usually helps when I have had this happen in the past. It is frustrating. I am hoping after all the stresses I have been through lately that once the reno is finished I get back into a less stressful state and that helps. It is the one thing that will change once it is done. Getting back into a better routine will also help. It could also be caused by the HRT I am on right now and have been for the past year. That really sucks it if is that. Something I will talk to my stylist and my Dr about. But weight loss, medications, stress and many other things can cause hair loss. This much I know and I have been on all those paths which makes it hard to narrow down the culprit. :/

But less pain today and I feel better. Still have some issues sleeping in the middle of the night, hoping for that to improve.

Nice drop. Hmm on the hair loss are you getting enough protein? I know that can affect it.

That happened to me too, after like 6 months of weight loss. It stopped only after I started maintaining my weight = eating more. Maybe your body lost all of the vitamins and minerals it had in reserve and now your skin, nails and hair will pay for it, that's where the body takes it away first.

Like your visual. I really hope you can enjoy the "me" time at the salon and can get some answers from your doctor.

I like your pic today. I have been losing hair also, but also under a great deal of stress. i notice though when my protein is up, not as much a loss. If you figure it out, let me know!!

Great job on the loss and getting your projects done! I think talking to your doc is the best option because there could be an underlying issue with the hair loss. Hopefully as your projects get done some of the stress will go away too. I love your graphic today too, it's perfect for a lot of us!

Your graphic reminds me of the Robert Frost poem "The woods are lovely dark and deep / but I have promises to keep / and miles to go before I sleep." Kind of how dieting (and reno's) proceed - "miles to go." When looking up the poet's name, I found that someone offers a necklace with the words "miles to go before I sleep." And if you're waking up in the night it's possible your blood sugar is dropping, which would mean you need more protein and/or fat.

Love your visual too! I am dealing with the thinning hair, weak nails...things I didn't use to even think about. Good luck!

Enjoy getting 'pampered' at the salon today -- hope the hair loss resolves with less stress once reno is complete. Nice drop, too! Have a 'good hair' day!!

That is really great news about having less pain, the Reno completion is drawing to a close, and that you are feeling better. I hope that continues. With your hair loss have you thought about just trying one thing at a time and then going from there? I personally have a tendency to try too many things all at once which makes it quite difficult to pindown. It sound's like you are doing all the right things. Perhaps just omit one thing at a time?

First order of business is to take good care of yourself! You can't be at 100% if you don't do that. It's really hard but You CAN do this!!

You continue to amaze me with everything you accomplish! Enjoy your pampering today.
