I'm holding myself accountable for the splurges and recording my weight gain. This is really killing me doing this. BUT, it's my punishment for the blizzard I just HAD to have last night. The kicker? It wasn't even that good. I HATE when that happens. =)

This week I'm going to NOt go below 1300 cals and try to eat at least one form of veggie every day.

I had a Blizzard last night and it was delicious, along with a KFC Double Down. The kicker? It fit into my calorie and macro goals. I fully expect to continue to lose fat. You had that treat which may have wrecked your daily calorie goal because you're being too strict on yourself. You can enjoy foods you love every day. Not only are you eating super healthy needlessly but your calories are way too low if you honestly have 116lbs. to go. Recipe for falling off the bandwagon.

I'm eating low carb, so no, i can't eat the foods I enjoy everyday. Eating the foods I enjoy everyday, got me to 375. I'm glad you enjoyed your blizzard and KFC double down. My blizzard sucked. NOT because it was blowing my cals AND carbs but because it tasted terrible. have a nice day!

Girl drink your water, eat healthy and this blip is just that a blip. Sorry to hear the blizzard was not as tasty as you had hoped it would bit - its always dissaponting when you make the decision to treat yourself and then its not as good as you thought it was. @Diablo, not everyone is able to eat everything they love and some of us have to make the decision to remove it/limit it exremely until we learn how to control it in our lives.

Thanks Pixi! I'm not upset about it really. I'm over it. I read your WII Zumba journal and I'm gonna try it. I've been wanting to try Zumba. =)

Do it! I love it, infact I love the wii zumba more than the class but I think that is because the instructor doesn't push like I think she should lol

When I want to eat some junk, I take one bite and then decide if it is worth it or not. Nothing worse than regretting what you eat. My husband bought ice cream last night, luckily it was strawberry and not chocolate or I could have been in trouble...

i had a few horrible days of eating but it's not worth kicking myself about. it was tasty, i enjoyed it but it's time to start fresh and move on! i know you know this already - i'm not trying to be a nag - but you really need to eat more calories, closer to 1800. you're going to lose so don't sweat it. i know you've been struggling to get them up but try to increase every day. add more good fats it will help. have a wonderful day!!

Sounds like a plan and yeah some days you just splurge. Its cool just have to mentally prepare yourself to get yourself back on right track. No worries! Also i know exactly how you feel when you splurge and youre like...god damnit that wasnt even good -____- whomp.
