For the last few months I have been a bit down and stressed and comfort eating. But today is a new day, feeling good. starting a detox, home made veg soup and fruit, feeling like I have more energy, so day 1 all good so far.
Tomorrow is more soup and fresh veg/salad and baked potato.
238.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
