We'll see what happens over the next week. Weight seems stable, not dropping. I've only been home for 4 days, so I may yet see a drop on these calories. In another week I head south again. At that point I don't count, I just guestimate. I'm pretty good at it. I've been doing this a long time. I kind of fall back to "The Zone" mindset.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
