Maintained my weight nicely, despite a night out last night. Friday was out 16th anniversary so we treated ourelves to a night out. We went to a dinner theatre show and had a wonderful time. We had a couple of drinks before the show and a bottle of wine during the show. The was a salad to start, followed by what can only be described as half a pork roast, a mountain of mashed potatoes and steamed carrots and broccoli. Oh, and a chunk of corn bread too. This was topped off with a Screech pudding with sauce. And I ate every. Last. Bite. 😊 Not something I want to do every night, but it was a nice treat.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Pam and Bill. It will be 25 years from our first date in a couple of weeks. I pride myself for not having killed hubby during these years. ;-) Came close a couple times though. :-D
