I KNOW THAT IT'S GOING TO GO SLOWLY BUT I AM PREPARED TO DEAL WITH THAT. ON OCTOBER THE 19TH I HAVE A WORK PHYSICAL MY GOAL IS TO WEIGH 156 LBS.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
