Yikes man. Ready for maintenance? If you're still lifting and decide to try a slow bulk, it's almost crazy how full you will end up feeling.

HCB, I'm still working on getting rid of the gain from my vacation weekend, almost there. Always takes much longer to take the weight off than it did to put it on.
