Oops...gained a pound. Maybe it's water weight, it's been raining here for about the last ten days.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey, that could be true with the humidity. It was so humid here yesterday that the rugs on the floor were almost wet and a stone candle holder sweated a bug puddle of water on the table.
