Overate. Made bad choices. Drank beer. Not surprised. But disappointed in myself.

But, new day. Starting strong with a protein smoothie for breakfast, healthy lunch packed, and doing some brief grocery shopping after work to get me through the rest of the week. Doing a baked chicken breast and steamed veggies for dinner.

My tendency after eating bad is to not eat at all, so I've been struggling with that already. That loop always leads to more overeating and so on, probably leading to how heavy I got last year.

Recognizing the pattern, trying to break the cycle. Failure only happens when I give up.

Been there/done that! Your recognition of the cycle is key to not repeating it. We seem to learn something about ourselves everyday! You will succeed!

It's a minor blip. Get back to healthy eating and it will come right off. You got this!

I just did that yesterday minus the beer bc it was my moms bday. Today is a new day, forget about what happened and push forward ! its happens to all of us.. the key is dont use this as a excuse or crutch! Make a healthy meal plan for the next few days and add some extra exercise instead of skipping meals.. your feel a whole lot better if you do!! Hang in there..

There seems to always be a reason/excuse to "fall off the wagon": parties, brewfests, special occasions, etc. The key is to just get back on it and try to not overdo it or punish yourself. Stay positive. Just being active on this site is a big help.

Be pleased with yourself. You had a great day and are aware of getting back on track. Awareness is everything!
