All I know is, steady does it!! Just keep going and it will happen eventually. No quick fixes. Healthy eating is key! And not jut THINKING it's healthy: FatSecret does just that-to show us what we're eating and therefor I can see where my weak points are at.

Anywho. Needles to say, I'm chuffed with the 700g drop in body weight. Stil 1.6kg to go and 2 weeks to do it in!!
