Wow, that 1lb took some serious work to lose! but its another 1 off......onwards and ...well.... "downwards" one hopes!!!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

y'know, gaining the pound is so easy that losing it shouldn't be that hard! Good that you managed to kick a pound to the curb!

Isn't that the truth - I can sniff food and put on a pond, but have to run about 10k to get rid of it again!!!
