I weighed in today I am now 57 kgs I lost 1 kg. I am still hoping to lose more I want to become 47 kgs now. I am eating 1400 calories a day and walk on the treadmill fo 1 hour. I also joined a new challenge called 4 week slim down and hope I will lose a lot of weight from that.
125.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
