Really disappointed. gained this month. weighing once a month not working. Am going back to weekly weigh in and more disciplined inputs here.

Weekly weigh ins seem to work for me. Monthly leaves too much room for not catching errors in eating or lack of exercise. Daily weigh in? Forget about it...too many wild fluctuations make you CRAZY! Good luck!

If I loose good week I tend to want to reward myself the next,, I have to weigh every Monday to stay on track

Thank you, both. Really needed the support. Monday will be my day...My 'strength and balance instructor suggested cutting flour from my diet entirely!!!! Might work...

Weekly works best for me too. Once a month would leave me too much leeway. I really try to also weigh in at the same time before eating in the morning, so I feel it's more accurate and comparable with the last weigh in.
