9st 5 (stayed same at WW) Not surprised by today's couple of lb on, I've had fatal oat & raisin cookie bags twice this week! I gave myself a break from two of my usual swims as well this week which won't have helped, to try and give my shoulder a chance to recover, the left one is niggling now :( I'm cycling later today and got a swim booked for tomorrow, not at my usual gym but a local posh hotel, with choc afternoon tea to undo all the good work!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
