I spent yesterday travelling and could not eat regular meals nor record. I will be visiting family for a week and will endeavor to record my meals during this time as best I can. I have no scales for weighing either food or myself! I will attempt to estimate portions and try to keep to the right food types for Atkins phase 2. Tomorrow is my official weigh-in day but I will not be posting weight as I cannot estimate that. I will hold my breath until next Friday and hope I have not sabotaged my consistant rate of loss.
