Well it sure is good to see my scales moving again.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Got the ok today from my doctor to take longer walks and use of some resistance bands... So now I can start working on muscles !! GREAT NEWS !!
