Well, I kind of fell off the wagon during the girl weekend, but I am back on track. I've been tracking and exercise. I need to work on managing my stress levels, it is starting to show with the people around me. One of my co workers thinks i am suicidal - which I am not. I have been in my life, and I know that i am not anywhere near that right now, Just stressed. Lack of money, not able to pay the bills, having to take on more jobs to make up for it, running a small business, having a father that is slowly dying in front of you, all stressful things. But I am trying to take time for me and read or take a bath or sometimes just sit on the deck and look at the stars. That is a new thing with Weight watchers, making time for you. So am trying to practice what I preach. There is definitely a correlation. Thank you all for your continued support on my journey. I hope your journey is going good this week.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you for getting back on track. Taking care of yourself is so important. Sorry to hear about your dad. I lost my sister to brain cancer a few years ago. It is very difficult. Exercise,healthy eating and treating yourself kindly help with stress.
