Cardio is great back to my 3 to 5 miles a day. It feels really good. I am back on my old body builders diet after trying a vegetarian/vegan diet for 2 months which is weird because my body didn't like it at all and I began to gain weight! Now that I'm back on my old diet which is lean protein, vegetables, low carbs, no dairy works the best for me! Add the cardio and it's just perfect. I am challenged with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome at the moment otherwise I would be lifting weights as well...but for now I do body weight movements instead of using the weights just now.
Feeling positive that I can make these changes one step at a time.
