OMG! Beware imitation Double Fiber Bread! The brand I've been buying (Orowheat) has 70 calories per slice, 6 grams of fat. If you're a WW, you know what that means. Today I almost bought the imitation brand, which also calls itself Double Fiber Bread. But each slice has 100 calories to 6 grams of fat -- 30 MORE calories per slice. Sure changes the nature of that sandwich! I didn't even bother to read the ingredients to find out why it was so much higher.

Thanks for the warning Westgal. The Oroweat sounds good, I try to find it the next time I go shopping for bread. Your chart is amazing! Keep up the excellent work!
