Today is Sat. 8/13/2011 at 7:54AM As I sit here eating my bowl of cereal I think to myself what will I write in this today. I am feeling a sense of calmness this morning and it sure is a beautiful morning. I have found this awesome app on my DroidX and it is free to use on my smart phone or on here, what a great idea. I have been on and off weight watchers for almost 5 years, I am tired of it and need a new and improved way to get me back on track and I think I have found it. Today I have 89 pounds to lose but tomorrow is my weigh in day so I hope to have lost at least one more pound! I will walk today with my friend Amanda for at least an hour. I pray that my Lord Jesus Christ guides me through this journey because with him in my life and on my side all things are possible. God Bless. Lisa Brevik
