I went to enter in my breakfast this morning when I noticed on the bottom a little pie chart that shows the ratio between calories spent on fat, protien, and carbs that you ate so far for the day. How convenient is that? Now I don't have to calculate everything for myself everytime I enter what I plan to eat because its already laid out there. Now I have at a glance weather or not I'm keeping my carbs at 50% my fat at <20% and my protien at >30% like the FDA reccommends for weight loss. There's also a RDI monitor that you can customize based on your stats and activity level that's very helpful aswell.
