Survived the weekend! Our time at the lake was fun! Way too much driving though as it takes us over 3 hours to get there. But we did do some swimming and fishing (I caught 2 good sized large mouth bass and 2 small mouth bass). The birthday party on Saturday for the 1 year old was over the top. Huge bouncy castle slide, magician, and pony rides!! Tons of food too. I don't think I did too bad in the way of eating. And there was no cake, just cupcakes that weren't appealing. There were yummy cake pops though which I did have 2 of. The weather wasn't too bad. It did rain but it was in little bouts. We got home around 9:30 Sat night. It was a long day for my son. Yesterday we had lunch with my parents after church and then made hamburgers for my son's lunches for school. Just relaxing. Today is mine and my DH's 14th wedding anniversary. We both went to work! THe plan is to go out for dinner tonight with our son as he wanted to go with us!
