Day after my daughter's Chiari Decompression surgery.

206.5 lb Lost so far: 112.7 lb. Still to go: 1.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.4 lb a week

I hope she did well through the surgery. It is complicated and at the base of the head at the spine, isn't it? Blessings to you and your daughter.
